Stephens Auto Glass

My husband's windshield encountered a rock kicked up by a trailer in the middle of South Dakota halfway through our roadtrip, and upon calling the car dealer he had purchased from, they recommeded Stephens. Not only did Stephens get back to us immediately after my initial text--despite knowing where we were and that this wouldn't be a next-day concern for them--they had an estimate to us within an HOUR of my sending them the vehicle VIN. Our appointment was scheduled within that same afternoon for the week following our return, even in the middle of their very busiest time of year. Come the day of the appointment, I had the vehicle back in my possession within three hours of dropping it off, all seals were airtight (and remained so), the alignment of cameras and spatial detection sensors was spot-on, and even decals for my husband's work entry and I-Pass were reaffixed to the new glass (which I had completely forgotten to even mention I'd like returned with the car). The level of care and communication this facility and its staff offer is phenomenal and I will be bringing any of our future car glass oopsies to this place. Had my windshield repaired about 2 years ago and had an issue with the repair arise. They fixed it right up at no cost and had me in and out in like 25 minutes! I appreciate that they stand behind their work!

Everyone was super kind, super quick and a great cost. Even let me leave my car there for a bit when my landlord threatened to tow my vandalized car. I got two cars done for two thirds the price of one compared to safelite's quote and they could actually get my missing glass, where as other places said they couldn't. Hopefully I don't need them again, but if I do, I'm coming right back.

Great place to do business. The staff was super friendly and professional. They helped with filing the insurance claim. My car was pulled into the shop as scheduled and finished before the time promised. The facility was spotless and the waiting area comfortable, with no annoying television that no one was watching. I am confident to recommend them for all your auto glass repair/replacement needs.

They came out to my house to replace my windshield I had heard good things so I chose Stephan’s. After they left I went outside to take a look at my shiny new windshield and I found they had scratched the rubber trim of the side of the windshield and on both ends it was peeling up, on top of all of that I had a sticker on the Inside of the windshield they removed the stick and put it on my Infotainment system screen I carefully removed to sticker to see it ruined the screen. And the camera for my rain sensing wipers was all gunked up after
